Sep. 10 | Maximizing Your Return On Energy

Save the Date – Registration Opening Soon!

We live in a world of constant notifications, with simultaneous inputs from multiple channels, competing priorities, and always being “on.” What if you were to step out of constant busyness and step into a more intentional, calm, and energized way of living and working?

Join us and Thea Durfee Polancic, Managing Partner of ClearSpace, LLC, as she leads this workshop to guide you to shift your focus from focusing on time management to attention management and improving your ROE – Return on Energy. As Thea shares with her audiences, ”buying into the cultural illusion that we must respond to everything, right away, and be “on” all the time limits our effectiveness, drains our energy and erodes our peace.”

Through a blend of brief teachings, breakout discussions, and a guided reflection and writing exercise, this program will help you:

  • Clarify what feels most challenging about managing your time and energy
  • Notice where your attention is being pulled—and what it’s costing you
  • Learn practical strategies to respond thoughtfully instead of react in the moment
  • Identify simple shifts that protect your energy

You’ll leave with a few concrete practices to help you manage your responses to constant demands, preserve your energy, and create more space for what matters most.

Save The Date

Thursday, September 10 from 11:30 to 12:30 CT*

*Breakouts after the session for networking. You’ll receive a meeting link by email after you register.
