Nancy is a Director at Creative Planning and Founder of the Women’s Forum, powered by Creative Planning, LLC. 

Prior to joining Creative Planning, Nancy was a Managing Director at SageView Advisory Group.  Before joining SageView, Nancy was a Founder and Principal of CAP STRAT. 

The Women’s Forum is a powerful and collaborative community that supports women’s personal, professional, and financial success.  

She has built her career on trust and servant leadership, helping others, especially women, gain clarity and confidence around their wealth and the lives they want to lead. Through meaningful programming, connections, and candid conversations, she creates spaces where women can explore their purpose, expand their visibility, grow their influence, and take intentional action. 

She is a member of the International Women’s Forum Palm Beach, has been nominated for Woman of the Year by the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, and is a Leadership Palm Beach County graduate.  She serves on the Board of Directors of Dress for Success Palm Beaches, leads its Corporate Speakers Bureau, and co-led their Circle of Impact, a community of influential philanthropists and business leaders. She is a champion of collaborative philanthropy and has been a member of Impact the Palm Beaches since 2017.   

Finally, Nancy is deeply committed to mentorship and has been mentoring other leaders locally and nationally for years.  

Nancy holds a Master of Arts degree in Corporate and Political Communication from Fairfield University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication from Quinnipiac University.
