She has celebrated 25 years as an entrepreneur. She authored FaithWorks: An Innovative Approach to Workforce Development – a book about changing human services for the betterment of citizens in transition and as part of the evolving shift from welfare to Workforce Development. She is also a featured author in the anthology, “Women of Courage Volume 4.”
Meet Carla Harris, a dynamic leader, speaker, community activator, board member, and passionate trainer on diversity and equity in the workplace, all while being a hands-on mom to a teenage daughter. Her inspiration stems from her parents, who were passionate about people, and who taught her and her 4 older siblings how to treat others with respect, care, and kindness.
